Baby steps. I am expecting 7 to 8 wins with a healthy roster for most of the year. If some other injuries occur within the division we might be looking at 9 or 10 wins.

 

But I wouldn't hold my breath if you told me this team can produce double digit wins in 2017. Just don't see it yet. There's two key variables to why I feel this why. First being. Blake Bortles. Can he improve his accuracy, cut back on his mistakes and sustain winning and successful drives consistently?

 

And secondly. How does the coaching staff and defense respond in the event that Blake does indeed step up as mentioned above? All of a sudden some of these opposing quarterbacks and coordinators may become more creative and challenging to a youthful defense overall. 

 

It'll be an interesting year progression wise. That's for sure. But I'd aim for double digit wins MAYBE in 2018. At least on paper this year this seems to be a pretty cream puff schedule. I just don't want to see any slumps and bonehead mistakes. Just look like a damn football team for once.
