Hand it off a ton and just not turn it over. Problem is the fact he always turns it over. Hopefully Marron and company can pull some magic.

Some of the turnovers have came because hes always had to try and force the issue too often. He had to make the play at all times. Hes never really had any sort of running game to take the pressure off of him.

 

Bortles will hopefully not be throwing it 35-45 times per game this year, like in the past. 25-30 per game is a much better number to shoot for. That would be the running game is doing its job and taking pressure off of Bortles.

 

He's going to turn the ball over some. That's just his play style. He's going to try and force some things at times. They just need to limit the amount of times he's forced to try and make a play. And an effective running game will do exactly that.
