I don't think there's any advantage. In fact, it could hurt. If players get a taste of your coaching staff then get drafted somewhere else, they'll know a lot about the way your coaches approach the game.

 

It would be interesting to see what teams have coached Senior Bowls and how well it affects them in the subsequent draft.
