It's like that regarding any good player on a poor team.  As I said before, it becomes (to them) all about themselves and is not about their team.  He doesn't care about his team's accomplishments and/or accolades it's all about him.

It's bad enough when fans whine about media "respect", it's worse when players start whining about it.
