Accessing my account..

So, I’m struggling logging into my account on my desktop computer (at work). I enter my log in credentials and it just tells me that I have failed to log in and have to wait 15 minutes etc...
After the 15 minutes is up, I have had to request a new password which I’ve entered only to have the same result.. I can’t work out what’s going on? I can (obviously) access my account via Tapatalk but it’s frustrating because I would like to do so via a desktop PC.. any ideas?
