You didn't miss anything, except maybe the details of the "covering up" you mentioned. The fiancée doesn't appear to be a conspirator but another victim of Hill's abuse. He's heard in an audio recording threatening her. It seems pretty clear she was bullied into playing some role in ending the investigation into Hill's alleged child abuse.

Hill will probably get 6-8 games off to start the 2019 season.

Remember - Adrian Peterson ended up missing 6 games a few years ago for allegedly abusing his son.

AP's alleged child abuse was significantly different though wasn't it? More so outdated physical punishment.

Hill's transgressions are on another level..
