People that waive you on when you already have right of way.

Sitting shotgun while teaching my step son to drive. (Scary, maybe not so much a pet peeve, but it's close if it keeps up)

Agreed! I think some of those guys are waiting for you to mail them a formal invitation to enter. When I encounter those guys, I give them a chance to get in. If they don't take it, it's all on them, I'm on my merry little way before I get rear-ended.
