Which Qb Do The Fans Want?

Tell that to Ricky's Orange Bowl ring.

Do they get rings for that?

Well, tell it to the oranges.

What about Stanzi makes people think he is any good?

He's not Gabbert or Henne

which is a huge plus, until he actually plays.

Basically this.  I'm still flummoxed at how we thought bringing those two clowns as our quarterbacks this year was acceptable in any sense of it..

WoW 72 people want Ricky not because he's great but because they know Blaine is horrible & Chad isnt much better than him.

3-0 in bowl games

Game 1: South Carolina. Typical SEC power. Ripped apart by the Manzi. Game never close.

Game 2: Georgia Tech. Orange Bowl. Offensive MVP. Greatest post game speech ever.

Game 3: Blaine's Mizzou Tigers. 5th string running back. Huge underdogs. Still leads the team to victory. (With help from Blaine's game losing pick 6)

His record against top 25 teams? 6-3. No biggie. His record against top 5 teams? 3-0.

His all time score in bowl games? 82-48. Happens.

His all time score against top 5 teams? 82-39. Just Ricky being Ricky.

Where's the option for it really doesn't matter? We saw that last season - for all the claims that Henne was so much better than Gabbert, he led the team to exactly the same record against an easier schedule. Unless one of the two takes a big step forward (and I can't see that being Henne at this point in his career and have reducing hopes of it being Gabbert either) the QB the fans should want is the one we bring in for next year.

Last year didn't prove that it doesn't matter. Last year "proved" that Gabbert and Henne were bad quarterbacks....and everybody that pays attention already knew that. So really, last year was just a waste of time.

At least they came out and said that regardless of health Blaine Gabbert is no longer the starting QB (its a start), but if they dont cut him at the end of the year I would be suprised.

Where's the option for corn?  I didn't see it.  So I picked Stanzi because he's from Iowa and there's corn in Iowa.

One of these years.............

I voted Blabbert as he gives us the best chance to keep the #1 pick.
