How the hell was Marshall not flagged for the hit? My lord, he launched his head to Cam's intentionally. 

 

Ironically flags were picked up throughout the game. I am not sure if it was intentional but that hit should be called every time.

 

I also saw T.J. Ward push Cam Newton right in front of an official. How did that one not get a flag?

 

I don't understand why they're playing this way. Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders are very good vertical receivers, I guess they don't trust the young kid to throw it? Maybe there is too much pressure and it would take too long for it to develop.

 

Gary Kubiak said repeatedly Denver will continue to have a run-first offense with just-good-enough QB play. That would be the case no matter who his QB is.

 

Is anyone as impressed as I am by this sophomore 7th round QB?

 

I am. He needs to learn to throw over a linebacker's head, but overall did not look like a first-time starter.

Then Riverboat Ron got his red flag out after getting the offense time to line up for a QB sneak. In the end that challenge had no effect on Denver's decision to run on fourth down.
