To make sure, as much as is possible, that we don't let in terrorists.  For my money, the list needs to be extended to Saudi Arabia and a few other countries that have actually supplied us with terrorists.  

 

And, yes, within the much larger Muslim world population lurk a significant minority of Islamist terrorists.  I will lose no sleep over inconveniencing the non-violent Muslims to protect us from the bad guys who pervert their religion.
