Tomlin's seat should be ice cold. He is an exceptional coach. The only thing the steelers need to do better, Is simply draft better. Im sure who has responsibility for selecting picks but they've been questionable. Add to fact that they aren't signing many good free agents. That only works if you draft often and well.

Can't wait to see whats next.
