Why would anyone question taking a shot on a speedy receiver with ideal measurables?

I hope they sign 20 more guys like this at various positions to compete with the bigger FA signings and upcoming draft picks.

That's like quitting your job before finding a new one. You could put yourself in a bind where you have to take on worse than what you had.

If Benn can be healthy he can be a good 4th option, but he'll have a lot of competition so it's not like his spot is a sure thing.
