Gratz has been a disappointment on the field and this isn't going to help his cause.  I'm of the opinion that his play has regressed considerably but I hope he gets himself straightened out off the field.  If not he may not have a job here for the longterm as his play on the field wouldn't, in my opinion, warrant keeping him with off the field distractions.  This isn't a DUI and it's the only time I can remember of him having off the field trouble so it's something I'll chalk off as a bad decision and not a habit.  The kid is headed in the wrong direction though and that's not good for him or the team.
