Gerhart & the O-Line

#21

Wouldn't it be neat if Fisch had them both on the field at the same time, and used Gerhart in a little H-back?

Something mentioned on TimTim on the way home.  On first thought, I liked the idea.  At worst, it's something the fish couldn't have prepared for.

Quote:Gerhart is the worst running back in the league, so no, I doubt it.

Watch out. His mom about to tell you how he was injured all season

A better O-Line would have helped Amelia, no doubt, but his problems haven't all been traced back to poor OL play. He plods rather than runs, he's slow, he does a great job of finding the first defender and running right into him, and the one good run he's had all year ended in a fumble. Even behind our OL last week, I still wouldn't peg him higher than 3.5 ypc. Why feed the ball to that when D-Rob is picking up north of 4?

Also, how does JW not remember Fu? Remember the chants of, "FUUUUUU!" a decade or so ago whenever a certain backup fullback took the field? That was Fu.
