It's not how much we improve that matters, but how much we improve relative to the teams we play against. If only there was a way to determine how we're actually doing compared to the rest of the league... Any ideas?
Why.... yes Greg, there is a method for doing exactly this very thing; it's called the 'final score' at the end of the game. The team with more points on the score board at the end of the game has demonstrated a higher skill level than the other team. It has worked for many years. You can judge the varying skill levels of each team by viewing the weekly 'power ranking' to see the proof of demonstrated skills compared to other teams.
