Actually some things do happen. We were one bad challenge (which he took responsibility for) and blocked kick (not Josh Scobee's fault) away from winning yesterday. If we can do that, we are getting better than we were in September.

This job isnt for everyone, and it's becoming obvious it isnt for gus. He's a good motivator, but you need more than that out of your head coach.

It's Caldwell's job to fire him but he is showing to be a below average GM at best so I'm not hopeful for our future.

I don't care what he says publicly.  I just hope that he figures out what's wrong with the team, and fixes it.  Because I think we have a little more talent on this team than the results show.  I'm not saying anyone here has it right.  But I hope Gus is able to figure out what is right.

Cut bait at seasons end, and get Harbaugh in here at head coach (or similar quality offensive mind) and get Rex Ryan in here to run the defense.
