Penalty with no explanation

Quote:There was a DPI that should have been called on McCray. I will never understand why they picked up the flag there.
Brown pushed off late....would be my guess

The referee said that there would be no call for Offensive Pass Interference on the play with McCray & Brown. Watching the replay it was obvious that Brown pushed McCray down to gain separation.

Loved how we got called for holding numerous times but Roy Miller III can be tackled after beating Pouncey and there is no call. We get a personal foul on the kickoff in the 2nd quarter but a Steelers play can throw a punch later in the game and no flag is thrown.

I thought the flag was for defensive interference and McCAulay said, "There is no foul on the play." Maybe he did that because PI went both ways.

Yes. They decided to pick the flag up since both players interfered on the play.

OK that makes sense, but there is a difference between "no foul" and offsetting penalties. If he said, "Those penalties are offset," they would have repeated the down.

I saw that too it seems like every time the Jaguars are getting these BS calls and then the other team don't get any calls and I seen plenty of holds out there

But the Steelers had more penalties, so what's your point?
