I too had a similar concussion... I woke up in the hospital next to a very ugly woman.

On one of the post-game radio shows either JP Shadrick or Mike Depsey said he was up and about at halftime but left the stadium wearing sunglasses. Their tone seemed to suggest it was a serious concussion.

But did anyone say he needed to wear sunglasses because of his concussion? We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Maybe he thought he was Wesley Snipes...... Concussions do weird things to people....

Just watching how hard he hit the ground and the length of time he was out, I'd be shocked if he plays this week, though next week should be doable.

Hopefully we have him for the home opener. I wouldn't even play him this week against a bad offense and another non conference game. I just really hope we don't start Prosinski.
No pain, no gain.
One of the tell-tale signs of a concussion, especially the "acute" kind, is when the person's arms go to a 90 degree bend at the elbow, also known as the "fencing" response. If you watch when Cyprien comes to rest on the turf, both of his arms are in this type of position. I'm hopeful that he'll play Sunday, but I ain't bettin' on it.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say! Quote:Anytime a player leaves the stadium in the middle of a game it is serious. He hasn't been cleared for contact and will likely not play this week.

Not a chance he plays IMO. If so, he seriously sandbagged his baseline test. A lot of players do in hopes of early return to action. They need to be safe with him and I'm sure they will.
Looking to troll? Don't bother, we supply our own.
Quote:Personally I'd hold him out the extra week. I'm certainly more concerned with long term health. If he isn't ready then no question don't play him.
This team, and the league in general, have gotten much more proactive about protecting the players from getting back on the field too soon from a concussion. I wouldn't expect him back before Indy at the earliest.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
