Everbank Field Capacity

#21

It surprises me it's still 69,000 but yea, you're right.  When you do the math, it makes sense.  I was thinking it was more like 65,000.  One of the cool things about the boards is that it makes the stadium feel so much smaller.  It's a much better feel IMO.

They're going to whine about anything football related as they wear their skinny jeans and hang out at the hipster coffee shops in 5 points and Riverside.

The guts from the fish I clean are to good to be wrapped up in that rag of a publication. It's beyond me how it even gets printed.

Quote:Sound like they need to raise ticket prices to the FLA vs GA game.   Less supply = more demand

Am I out my mind for thinking this?
FL-GA already is 3-4x the cost of a game in Gainesville for students and others...   There's more ticket revenue at the games in JAX than at home...    Plus more room to get out of the rain.....  Smile    They'll be able to add the seats lost in the NEZ using the same techniques as the SEZ...  Not sure what they will do if they shrink the club areas by a redesign...  Not sure how they'll jam in more seats...  To the AD's, capacity is a big deal which is why Everbank ended up the size it did in the first place...

Less supply does not equal more demand. Demand stays the same, the price changes.

The focus for Lamping has been to downsize the stadium in such a way that they can ramp the capacity back up to 80k for the game.  Even with the future plans to renovate the clubs, I don't think they'll have a problem meeting that mandated number.
