None of these things mentioned are on par with ditching the assigned press detail or singling out a guy who wrote true and unflattering things about him in this way.

This is beyond saying something somebody finds disagreeable. This is taking direct action to try to punish anyone who speaks truthfully about him in a negative way. Not the first time and it won't be the last.

Because he was tainting the situation and investigation by inserting his narcissistic self into the middle of a criminal investigation. You do know this, don't be silly.

You're absolutely right, I should've mentioned the IRS scandal. You prove my point perfectly!!!

What, exactly, do you think 0bama has been doing the entire time in office?  He's controlled all the so-called "talking points" and tried to silence every single voice who dared oppose him.

The lapdog media don't even try to hide their bias or cheerleading anymore.  Aww, biased guys are getting called out for not doing their job.  Well, that's a breath of fresh air vs the bull [BLEEP] we've been fed for so long by a media that's been the extension of the Democrat party.  Time for them to get back to honest and responsible journalism.  It's been far too long, and perhaps not even redeemable at this point, they're so far in the tank and have lost so much credibility (DESERVEDLY so.)

I seem to recall the IRS being sicked upon conservative groups like a pack of dogs.

Until Trump does something remotely close to some of the vile crap that obama pulled, I'm not interested.

There has been a calculated effort from the day he took office to obstruct or smear anything he has even thought of doing as president. What voices were silenced under Obama? I heard an echo chamber of dissent from the right and the conservative media for 8 years.

Time for honest and responsible journalism? My [BLEEP] point.. how is that to occur under Trump when he rejects facts, refuses to accept the findings of our top intelligence agencies and ditches the press detail assigned to him multiple times?

Trump is already controlling talking points by rejecting things he doesn't like to hear, suppressing voices he disagrees with and distracting people from things that they should care about with his endless stupid tweets.

Expressing empathy for a dead kid and saying, he could have been mine is now inserting himself in a criminal investigation? How did his comments hurt that stellar human being George Zimmerman at all? I think it's just a case of anything he says or does being viewed negatively because that's how you have been conditioned to react. The nerve to show an emotional response to a sad situation.

No, immediately assuming that the black kid was the victim, just as with the other racial incidents that past few years. It's ALWAYS the cops/white guys fault with him. But what else do you expect from a half-black stoner raised by Communist parents with no real life experience outside of the Academy or Government? It's always the Man, man, even when I am the Man.

You mean the unarmed dead kid who got shot by a guy stalking him for walking while black that the 911 operator told Zimmerman to stop following? Hard to imagine why anyone would assume he was the victim..

No, the juvenile delinquent who physically assaulted the neighborhood watch leaving severe cuts and bruises on his face and was shot while on top of him on the ground.

And that's why it's an embarrassment, he responded emotionally and incorrectly without a command of the facts. When the leader of the country responds that way it colors the following investigation, muck like Shad Khan's words on Gus last year set the direction of keeping him for this season.

You mean the kid who got jumped by a stranger for walking in his neighborhood and fought back until he was shot and killed.

Clearly you are as well informed as Captain Blabbermouth on what happened. You should start telling everyone how much he looks like your kids.

I still don't get why a president showing empathy for a dead kid is reprehensible.

Because they don't like when the President says he's a black man, or says he can relate to Trayvon, or that he understands the black experience. Obama doesn't hide from his blackness, or his black wife, or his daughters. He is a proud African American, who owns what he is. By empathizing with Trayvon he was saying he understood that blacks get profiled, and that if he had a son he would have to have the conversation that all responsible black fathers have to have with their sons, that America has come a long way but there is still a legacy of racism that exists today. And let's be honest, many on the right don't want to hear this kind of dialogue either through guilt, ignorance, or a combination of both. They call it playing the victim.

He could have chosen someone better than a dead felon. A multiple felon at that.

What felonies was Trayvon convicted of?

Right, he lives his life through the lense of race. The black guy was automatically innocent, the "white hispanic" the oppressor and the hell with the facts. As such, he's an embarrassment. And he's half white, he doesn't own that half because that would make him guilty of oppression. He only benefits if he self-identifies according to his victimology, just like you.

Lol uh what?

Zimmerman followed him and the lost track of him. Zimmerman was on his way back when Martin attacked him. That "unarmed kid" beat the brakes off Zimmerman and did so unprovoked. Zimmerman shouldn't have followed him but he didn't do anything illegal. Martin, however, did commit a crime. You literally have no idea what happened.

No one cares about his race. It's a problem emphasizing with a dead criminal (base on their race) because he immediately demonized the white man (well, Hispanic, but that's not what they said at the time) because he wanted to politicize the moment.
