I was talking about what he did after he was caught, he's doing something about it at least, it's like he really wants to play again, while Blackmon never tried to appeal anything, it's like he doesn't care at all.

 

Even before his latest arrest, he wasn't even taking steps to get reinstated. Both WRs have issues, but Gordon is the only one still fighting.

He's been arrested at LEAST 2 times since the announcement of the 1 year suspension as well. If you want to be friggin naive and not believe that Gordon getting his suspension reduced/ dismissed has nothing to do with the NFL not wanting to leave Manziel without one of his main weapons, then be my guest. This is all about making $$$ off of Manziel. If Manziel doesn't have all of his main weapons, the chances are higher that he'll suck. The NFL (particularly Goodell) WANTS Manziel to become a star & Gordon in the picture elevates Manziels chances for success greatly.

Did you read the link I posted reference Josh Gordon's test results?

 

There has been several articles on PFT.  One I haven't been able to find again mentioned his failed test while in the third stage of the program (which led to the year long suspension per the CBA) showed results equal to what is essentially a contact high.  I thought they mentioned something to the effect that his lawyer noticed how close the results were to that contact high level and some wording in the CBA that would allow for a chance at an appear or something of that nature.

 

I wish I could find that article to post it here.

I only knew because Caldwell said it before the draft. I always take that with a huge grain of salt, but actions speak louder than words and taking 2 WRs showed me they had very little reason to believe that Blackmon was on the right track.

 

Unlike Gordon, Blackmon didn't hire an attorney to try to clear his name, so the comparison you're trying to draw is quite comical.
