I think so.  I've been thinking that he makes more sense for them than Clowney ever did.  He fits what they're looking to do a whole lot better than Clowney and he doesn't have the concerns on his effort/attitude.  In the end I think he's the better pass rusher of the two, though Clowney has a higher floor I'm not sure if he ever reaches his ceiling.
