I can't imagine anything being worse than Sexton's PBP/ voice. 

 

I'll give the new guy a listen in the preseason and give my opinion.

The guy has been doing college games the last few years with Gino Toretta. I caught a few minutes while in my car. He is terrible.

This. If he's really as bad as some are saying, he's just a temp until they get THE guy they want.

He is terrible on his radio show. Terrible on college PBP.

Khan will make sure we get a first class PBP voice before too long. 

 

Sexton was awful as PBP voice and we needed him gone before people started citing sentimental crap as basis for keeping him around. 

 

 

Sexton is very good as a host for Jaguars radio shows. Thats where he should focus his talents.

I don't get it. I didn't have a problem with Sexton, and he did play the role of biased PBP announcer pretty well. The somber way he delivers '...touchdown....colts', is spot on.

Only the Jaguars would go so 'all in' on a 100 watt toaster of a radio station that can't even be heard on the edges of the Jax city limits.

In reading the article, it sounds like he's the new Vic Ketchman. 

 

It also leads me to believe that Frangie isn't going to be the voice of the Jaguars for very long.
