I own a bar and I tell my bartenders who complain about poor tippers that the next person may be a great tipper, but if your attitude is spoiled by the poor tipper the good one may turn into a bad one.

 

Personally, I always believed that when I was sitting at the bar and ordered a beer that bending over into the beer cooler and removing the cap from the bottle really wasn't all that much work for a 15% tip. But I do it anyway because I know the industry.
