idk where you get 4 or 5 wins considering the upgrades we've already made I would say 6 at the very least especially considering A we had a worse team last year, B we don't play the NFC west this year, and C we might actually get a couple sacks.

And this offseason, the Texans have swapped Matt Schaub for Ryan Fitzpatrick. And they've lost Ben Tate, Owen Daniels, Antonio Smit, Earl Mitchell and Daniel Manning while adding nobody.

And the Browns and Titans aren't that good either, so it was really a 0 win season.


And they only played 16 games last year, so there really could have been a lot more losses.

NFL teams are close enough so that a few changes can make a big difference in the win/loss record so it's possible the Jags could reach 9 wins but a lot of things would have to go right. A couple of guys playing above their ability for example. Blackmon coming back quickly and being effective this year, the new guys on defense being effective from the get go, successful drafting, etc. It could happen!

opps no I did. I missed something. There are a total of 16 games for a nfl team. I temperoy forgot that. Ussalley its 8 at home, and 8 on the road.  For our jags this year its 8 on the road 7 at home 1 in London.

Agreed. Hard to win 9 games without much of an offense to speak of. I suspect that side of the ball will be addressed heavily in the draft, though, which could change things dramatically.
