FA WR market is crap this year. Why sign one anyway when the draft is loaded with them?

Because if you don't, then you're stuck with crap. Not a bad #5, and a special teams contributor. If you take a better WR in the draft and Doss gets beat out for the last WR spot, what's the harm?

Probably just some depth that can contrbute on special teams just incase our targets dont fall to us in the draft.  I am thinking more and more that Watkins is the pick if he is there.

Jags just signed him to a 2 year deal

Makes sense I was wondering if we would sign him, guy with experiences wont have a high salary forcing Gus to put him on the field as a starting WR like a Decker type player, has size and compete for a job.

Decent signing.Doss is young and could improve under a new staff. If things don't work out then just a release. No harm no foul.
