Gus Bradley: Toby Gerhart could get 15-20 touches regularly
|
I think Gerhart is a great complimentary back. I'd also like to see a smaller, shiftier back brought on the team. I have hopes that Denard could be that guy but wouldnt hurt to bring in another.
If not in free agency, there players in the draft who fit the bill. Bishop Sankey as one. ________________________________________________ Scouting well is all that matters. Draft philosophy is all fluff. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:I think that he (Gerhart) has the potential to be an Alstott type of player for us.He is a RB not a FB!
There are a ton of RBs in the draft and all of them can be had for cheap. With one of the picks we got from Monroe sounds about right for a good RB. Have him compete with Gerhart, Todman, and Robinson, and we may have a nice little committee of RBs.
