Love the awsome job Caldwell has done..

Quote:It could be an excellent period if we get the guys coming in. Bryant was nice, Beadles is ok but a little overpaid, Willie Young is very good, Dekoda Watson has a lot of potential, Thurmond is good, Decker possibly, and BLAINE GONE.

If anyone is disappointed in that haul (if a couple of those maybes happens) then they have serious issues.

Willie Young is "very good?"

At fishing, maybe.

Babin would have been the obvious choice but he's gone. Maybe Marcedes if the compensation is fair.

So you've never seen him play before.

Third in the entire league in 4-3 DE QB pressures last year according to PFF as only a very part time player. Yes, he is very good.

Dude.....just stop.....everybody....stop it....

Stop trying to make all these "meh" moves into seeming more/ better than they are.

Willie Young will be 29 years old next season and has never totaled more than 3 (THREE!!!!!) QB sacks in a season!!

He's a lesser player than even Jeremy friggin Mincey!!!!

I would like Mercedes to stick around if our OL can block this year.

Alualu will probably stick around for depth since we only have Him, Bryant and Abry Jones for that LE spot. But I could see it happening. Caldwell would def make a statement if all of Gene Smith's 1st round picks were almost gone!

I am thinking CB Mike Harris may be out the door if Thurmand signs. He seems like the odd man out in the secondary.

Go Jaguars! Go Hokies!

3rd most pressures in the league last year. That's a pretty important stat. Not ever signing will be a big one. Just because it isn't a big splash signing doesn't mean it is a bad signing.

You stop, negative Nancy. Why does it bother you so much that fans may feel excited about something? You must be miserable and apparently misery loves company. You have made a fool of yourself all day... Lol

The odd man out is Chris Prosinski.

stop being such a downer and just put a little trust in Caldwell. He's done fine so far and we appear to be heading in the right direction. Telling you man all that negatively is not good for your health.

lol "pressures"....this team has forever had issues with DE's that simply cannot "get home" and you're trumping up a guy with supposedly a lot of pressures, yet never any more than THREE QB sacks in any given season....

Good Lord....smh....

He's not even Mike Mamula....

If it was a player to ACTUALLY get excited about (i,e, a true difference maker) thats one thing. Getting excited about a player that is at best a fringe player and talking him up as if he's this great signing is ridiculous and disingenuous.

That's your opinion. Who are you to dictate who one can and can't get excited about? What a narcissist.
