Michelle Obama - "Feels like we don't have hope now"

Quote:Miguel Obama can't be gone soon enough. "She" can fianlly go live in a house not built by slaves.

Who is Miguel Obama? And why are you putting "she" in quotes?

Now, that IS funny. First time you have ever cracked a joke around here.
What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Is this the same kind of thing as Hillary winning in the largest landslide in the history of land slide things? Cuz your track record is a little spotty with prognostications.

Really my point is she is viewed very favorable in this country. It's up to her. Couldn't care less as I am loving every moment of he House squirming.

Quote:His personal behavior, on the other hand, is beyond reproach.
I don't hate Obama, but the part of him that has been the most annoying to me is his personal behavior. I can't think of a time where he spoke that he wasn't divisive.

Right wing conspiracy this ad nauseam, old white people ad nauseum, my son would look like Trayvon Martin, hands up don't shoot lie perpetuation, putting up rainbow lights for gay marriage, putting up France lights for the Charlie Hebdo attack (that's a good one but still fits in the point) but ignoring blue lights for the Dallas police massacre because that might upset BLM, and obviously tons more.

Literally every time he opened his mouth he pit one side against each other.

I can't think of a president before this who has done anything close to that. Unfortunately Trump might challenge that but maybe not if Obama didn't set the precedent.

Good Lord. Do you believe the garbage that comes out of your mouth? Are you really hitching your wagon to Mrs. Obama?

Translation...he's still very bitter but he's going to play it off that he's enjoying watching the goings on of the Trump administration. We all know it's a colossal pile of bull, but he'll think we're buying it nonetheless.

Quote:I have no ill will towards either. POTUS is a tough job and Obama did it for 8 years. Yes, there were policies and actions I didn't agree with, but every president has their detractors and questionable actions in office. Every one. While I didn't see eye to eye with the man on an ideological level, I always thought his conduct in office was presidential worthy. He's an intelligent thoughtful man who navigated the waters while steering the ship towards where he thought it should go, as every president is elected to do. Criticism of his policy is fair game. His personal behavior, on the other hand, is beyond reproach.
I actually agree with that part very much. The rest as well for the most part, but definitely that.

I think he meant that there was no scandals of Kardashian proportions like we have seen from other POTUS's. That's how I took it at any rate.

This demonstrated a tremendous lack of class. The Bush's showed them better.
