I agree totally with your point. If we draft MAnziel, I want the Manziel who did what he did in college.

Although Flaherty didn't seem to speak so much about changing Johnny's throwing mechanics, or that he couldn't or wouldn't scramble in the NFL, or really of altering any fundamental part of his college game that made him so great. Only that 1)he's building more muscle to play against bigger competition, especially in his legs. And 2)he's learning the art of sliding.

What he deemed 'injury prevention'. Something Johnny clearly didn't even know existed in college. And something if RG3 would have known and worked on his freshman year in the NFL, would have prolly saved him from injury and surgery.

Hopefully though just the fact that he's working on that, will dispel some of the worries with the teams who won't think he'll last in the NFL.

I want 3 players. Clowney, Bridgewater, Manziel. Jaguars have the number 3 pick. Just give me one of those 3 at 3, and I'm happy.

This was actually a decent article. I dont care about the dudes evaluations but its good to see Johnny is focused on changing his game and getting ready for the pros.
