Quote:It's the new Metallica album they have been playing.

I don't think I heard any of that.  I did hear "Hit the Lights" and songs by Pantera, Alice in Chains, Motorhead and Tool.  I'm sure I heard some Godsmack and White Zombie as well since they're both from the area.  It's not that you don't hear some of that in various sports venues, I've just never heard it exclusively like they were rocking it up there.

Quote:Nice rendition of the national anthem.

Something I noticed over many years of listening to the Star Spangled Banner before football games is women usually want to show off their voice ranges and men are more traditional. The NFL needs more guys to sing it! I don't care how many Grammys a woman won; if she wants to sing our national anthem the wrong way she should not be on the field.

You might want to think twice about betting that much money on the Ravens again.

Pats are 91-0 when leading in the 4th quarter.

Quote:In my head I was thinking it was going to be a miss as soon as Gruden and McDonough were going on about how he hadn't missed one all season.  Talk about jinxing the guy.

I also thought ESPN jinxed him after the block. However, the kicks he did make after that one were almost wide left, so I began to wonder if it was really accurate to call him "perfect" up to that point.

It's possible that he won his bet or at least got a push.

On Sports Center after the game, they threw up the stat that Brady was 50-1 against AFC opponents in Foxborough since 2007.  Unbelievable.  I mean how is that even possible in the NFL?

How can he win the bet if Baltimore lost?
