It wasn't the defense making plays, it was the Titans killing themselves. They should have easily won. If they'd have just stopped committing really dumb personal foul penalties they'd have won the game.

Quote:Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the win on Sunday. But after watching the game Monday on DVR, all I could think was 'how the hell did we win that game?'.

Yep. What we 'put that game away' 2-3 times in the last ten minutes, only to have it come down to recovering an onside kick at the wire?

One sloppy win against a bad football team doesn't all of the sudden make us a good team.

Intellectually, I understand why they won. Let's just say it didn't give me the warm fuzzies.

With Arizona's defense, I just have a feeling we could see something truly ugly on Sunday.

I can't understand why teams run against us. Hell, we made Fitzpatrick look like an All-Pro. Then again, that's to be expected with zero pass rush. And our coverage over the middle is horrible, and has been for years.

I think this will be an ugly game.

I expect Ellington to run well, especially without Reynolds and possibly without Poz in the game.

I expect Palmer and Henne to combine for 4 INTs.

The Jags seem to play worse at home... for some stupid unknown reason...

19-13 Cardinals.

Quote:I wouldn't be surprised if the Jags won any number of the games remaining on their schedule. I said this all season about how easy the last 8 games were and how difficult the first 8 were, but no one believed....
Who didnt believe that our scheduel got easier?

We played SF, SD, SEA, IND, and Denver... pretty obvious that our schedule would get easier.

After playing 5 of the best teams in the league, I predict our schedule gets easier.

...and why can't the defense play like that again?....Palmer could easily throw 4 INT's himself. He's terrible at this point.

This is funny as you were probably one of the same people in various threads over the first half of the year that was speaking about this team being one of the worst of all time and talking about going winless.

Look up any of the "this team is the worst of all time" threads this entire season and you'll find me disputing that premise and proclaiming the team would win game(s) in the second half of the season.

Didn't. They lost it. Totally agree. Typical look past a team syndrome. tacks lost it more than we won it.

But a W is a Dubya.

I " probably" didnt say a damn thing about going winless, but whatever you say football expert.

So you predicted our schedule getting easier AND not going winless, as only two teams in the history of the NFL have done?

Now thats thinking out of the box.

What people did not believe was if we lose to a 4-4 team, we can't beat a 4-4 team.
