Smoke Free now for 2 years 5 months and 1 day. Last smoke was on May 18th 2011.


previously I was a 2 packs a day guy. Saw my ooldest one day pretend he was smoking and that was it for me, gave the wallet to the wife and didn't carry any cash for almost 3 months while I came off it cold turkey.


I still dream about smoking to this day, and every day I want a smoke, but it's manageable now, and the smell bothers me around other smokers.

No.. I'm gonna say midget.. I don't care who's feelings it hurts.. That's part of the problem with this country. Everyone's so damn P.C. that if they get their feelings hurt, they whine and complain until they're heard. Everyone loves to tell everyone else what's bad for them, what they should do, what they shouldn't do, ect ect.. If what I do isn't part of your lifestyle, that's up to you as it's YOUR lifestyle, not mine.. Now, I'm gonna stop being a mental midget and hop off my pedestal now while I go eat my steak (red meat, bad for you) baked potato loaded with bacon bits and sour cream with salt (bad for you) drink multiple rum & cokes (bad for you) and smoke a bunch of cigarettes (bad for you).. All because I can, it's my choice and I'd never force anyone else to do it..

As someone who works with rehabilitating patients with head and neck cancer, believe me, looking old should be the least of a smoker's worries.

I prefer to call water "moist" as opposed to "wet". It's just an all around better word.
