Its OK stroudcrowd. Trent Richardson is a good pass blocker and slow enough to play o line

Luck getting phantom roughing calls to keep his mediocre team in the game. The new darling of the NFL.

Indy is winning this game, right?

Amazing how a phantom roughing penalty and awful review of Johnsons catch can swing the momentum so much.

That Richardson trade looks worse every game.

Ya, that fumble on the kickoff that "wasn't" a fumble. Remember that?

Or how about rough the kicker on McAfee.

Officiating was AWFUL for both teams tonight.

Also, Keenum is a stud. They've found their QB.

The officiating was awful both ways. Lets not forget they took a fumble recovery away from the Colts and missed a roughing the kicker penalty that would have given the Colts a first down.

I came away from this game clearly not understanding....

A: What constitutes a catch in an NFL ball game

and B: Exactly what does conclusive video evidence look like?

The catch rule has become ridiculous. It encourages defenders to try and knock the ball away on the floor way after the play has ended and somehow they get rewarded

Disagree. He is undrafted for a reason. Once they get more tape on him he will look undrafted.

So, who was right about Schaub and who was just looking at passing yardage stats and declaring he's good?

It's like the people around here that think Henne is somehow better than Gabbert because he passes for more yards. Yards don't matter, anyone can get them by throwing a bunch of checkdowns and having a lot of 40 and 50 yard drives that don't score any points.

No, he's terrible, but if he threw for more yards like Henne or Schaub he'd still be terrible just like Henne and Schaub.

Like I said, yardage is the most overblown stat there is, you can't tell how good a QB is by how many yards he throws for. Henne and Schaub are on the same level of Gabbert, if you put Gabbert on the Texans he'd have stats similar to Schaubs, same with Henne, and if you put Schaub on the Jaguars then we'd still be terrible and he'd have stats that look like Gabbert and Henne's do this year.

Did I say that? nope I didn't

Your notion that he was never good is why I know why you don't know what you're talking about. Let me guess, you actually don't even know why Schaub fell off or why he's damaged goods do you?  The reason why Texan fans and the entire city wanted to move on from Schaub "before the season even started" had nothing to do on what he was able to do previously.. it had everything to do with what he could no longer do.  Schaub wasn't always a crappy QB and LOL at you for actually comparing him to Gabbert (who unlike Schaub, never had the ability to play in the NFL), but through injury he can no longer be a consistent starter in this league.

There's that homer again. Schaub was never good. He was always just a game manager.

Gabbert is bad, but he could do what Schaub did which is throw checkdowns to TEs and RBs unless Johnson comes fully open then heave it as far as he can.

Giving Schaub a big dollar deal was completely moronic. It was almost as dumb as when the Jaguars paid Garrard.

There's that moron again..

So how did a unathletic Kevin Walter have 900 yards and 8 TDs with Schaub just being a game manager and checking down to TEs and RBs and when he did look for a WR he only looked for Andre?  Please explain...

You simply don't know what the hell you're talking about. (which was obvious when you compared him to Gabbert.. who even when completely healthy can't play worth anything)  Schaub was a good QB, but through injury (which you know nothing about) those days are over
