The sox are laying a smackdown on the cards tonight. I was really surprised to see it. I really like what I see from Wacca (sp?). I think he's going to be a player for a lot of years.

 

I like both teams, so there's no letdown for me regardless of who wins. I have been a Red Sox fan for a long time though, so I'm especially happy tonight.

 

It's been a great series so far, and both teams have a lot to be proud of. It wasn't a snoozer series.

St Louis is a great baseball town and have the best fans in the game. The company I work for has an office outside of St Louis and go there a few times a year. It is mostly genuinely nice people.

 

Boston, on the other hand, has probably the most annoying fans in sports. Patriots fans act like the NFL was invented in 2001. And Red Sox fans have this delusion that they aren't exactly like the Yankees when it comes to being able to buy players and outspend nearly everyone else in order to win a title. Congrats Boston. You bought another WS title.

Being from NYC, I'm trained to hate the Red Sox but after what happened earlier this year with the terrorist attacks, I am happy for the city of Boston.
