This was a good test mainly for the o-line but the texans are not as good as the tacks. I'll temper excitement for now.

Since when has the Texans not been as good as the Titans?  Could of sworn they won the conference the last few years

At home, we dominated them last time we played them and broke Mariota leg.  Mariota will have nightmares all week from the broke leg and after watching tape of our defense in the game today.  Not to mention the Titans D is no where near as good as the Texans

True.  And the tacks were playing for a playoff spot.  The Jags D is going to be hard to gameplan against.  Looks like it'll be pick your poison. Cheers

I understand clarity and bias interfere with judgement after a game like today. Anyways, the texans were gift wrapped conference titles two years in a row. How those playoff games go? They were definitely not the best team in the south last year regardless of final standings. As much as it hurts to say, the tacks were the best team in the south last year and this year. If we beat them next week then I certainly get to eat those words.

The Titans weren't the best team last year. Their defense wasn't good, no receivers, and Mariota is overrated. They do have a very good run game and oline but the Texans have won the division the last couple years for a reason. Texans played the Pats pretty good in the playoffs, much better than the Titans would have.

The thumbtacks are certain to have better success on the ground against the Jags, but I expect the Jags will gameplan accordingly. The Jags secondary is up to the challenge if their front seven can force Tennessee to pass to win.

I'll be at the game and look forward to seeing how Marrone and his coordinators game-plan and call the game strategically.

Screw the Tacks. This is the one team I want the Jags to demolish. Ruin Mariota.

Even when we were hands down the worst team in the league we could slap the Titans around. They look no better than last year. We look way better than last year.
No pain, no gain.

Looking at the schedule for us and the rest of the AFC South I think we're leading the division the whole season.
Only way we're not is a fournet Injury.
We really are dependant on him.

Tennessee is better than meh. It's going to be tough this week.

I hope Cincy can throttle the Texans. But, Cincy looked terrible yesterday,, their O-line is awful,, and Cincy is known for being really bad and unprepared for "prime time" short-week games.

We'll see.

I think you are not giving the Titans enough credit, I expect them to put up a much better fight than the Texans.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster
