Get it?  "Curly Lambo."

Curly would be a more apt name for Myers, as in: Look how that kick curls away from the goal posts.

Myers was a hooker, and as every golfer knows, a hook can be a nasty thing to deal with.  I've always liked kickers that kick them dead straight.

The question is if we had Lambo earlier this year would our record be even better?

We would have won both the Jets and Rams games with Josh Lambo.

That idea never made sense to me. We needed a change.

So many innuendos in this post, Marty Wink. Hookers actually don't care for hooks, they say it stabs...I read it somewhere. I digress.

So we could be 6-1 if Lambo was signed earlier. Wow

With Lambo not able to kick the ball out of the end zone the new kicker we signed may be here for a kick off specialist. Unless Lambo is hurt I don't think we rush to sign a new kicker when Lambo has been pretty solid for us. Yeah he misssd a kick against Cleveland but that was in the wind and snow. If anything, it may be just a warning. A simple," hey we can't have those misses," type signing

The guy is on the practice squad not the active roster. I think this is just due diligence.

Seems like a good move after seeing what happened to the chargers yesterday

Let's not forget that this guy got in there to stop the kick returns twice, he did a great job.

Lambo has been money since he got here. his reliability is just so key for the team and they feed off it; its nice having a guy you can trust in clutch situations!
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

He's been a great kicker for us this year, hard to believe he was just sitting around waiting for a team to call.

Outstanding kicker. If Jason Myers' lasting contribution to the franchise was being the reason we signed Josh Lambo, then his time here was not a total waste.

About as automatic as you can get. Our kicking adventures with Myers are over.
No pain, no gain.

It feels good not to cringe every time our kicker comes on to the field. With Lambo, we're shocked if he misses one, where as with Meyers, we were shocked if he made it.

Lambo was accepted so fast around here. He fits right in. When he booted the game winner against the Chargers....it was just awesome.

Lambo is a good example of A) Never drafting special teams players and B) A pro active front office that tries to improve 365 days a year if they can.
