Two good days of practice means a bad loss this Sunday.

I'm pretty sure Gus has no idea what a good practice is..... no way he can know at this point.

We are definitely headed in the right direction. Just keep losing Gus.

Quote:1010xl clip from the Gus Bradley Show ....

"Hackett bringing the energy to the offense.  Defense is responding in practice as well."

"Good week of practice"

"Heading in the right direction"

... for a team that's been outscored 57-6 in the 1st half of the last 3 games, I'm really glad to see we're heading in the right direction.
If we score 3 in the first half, we're headed in the right direction.  If we score 6, we've doubled our production.  Time for another contract extension.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Cue the Charlie Brown teacher noise.

Wa wah, wa wa wah, wa wa

That's all I hear them saying. Gus, Wash, anyone of them, their opinions have no merit anymore with me. I use to love to watch the pressers, but now they nauseate me. Nothing more to say. And Kahn is right, actions speak louder than words.

Gus is dead man walking.  Unless there's some sort of miraculous transformation over the next few weeks, he's done when the season is over.  So, whatever he says right now can be taken with a grain of salt.

This team has sucked the hope out of all of us, except a few very patient souls. I'm going camping this weekend and don't even care about missing the shellacking in Kansas City.

Gus is right though, we are headed in the right direction. Gus needs to learn that, on a line graph, you can't just go right and stay on the same level... gotta go up at some point.

Atleast we aren't going left?

Hey I'm trying not to go back to my old ways because that could involve a ban. I'm reformed.

you know it's bad when FBT's eternal optimism and team defending has been broken

yet here is Khan... staying the course... insanity by definition at its finest... cuz hey, actions speak louder than words... and Khan produces no actions

from here on out, whenever I mention khan... it will be Shad Con, cuz that is exactly what he's done... con us all

Seems more like the patience is over.  Honestly I was very crabby last year because of the super soft schedule.  I was hoping the players would stick it to me with their performance to shove my pessimism up my keyboard.  /sigh

Khan has done more for jax then any other owner fact.  No offense to the weavers.  There is no one available mid season.  So to fire a guy mid season makes no sense.  Firing gus would of appealed to some fans.  But if the intern hc couldn't right the ship.  He would look much worse.

Stop blaming the owner.  I applaud his fortitude to stick with the plan.  Now we all know including him that it has failed so far.  But the end of the season is when to right the ship.  Not the middle.

Fans may not like it.  However tradition does mean something to the nfl.  Mid season ya can fire coordinators. Not HC.  And when ya do ya better win.  Or all h double hockey stick breaks loose.

And people say well..... Should of fired gus end of last season.  However had to fix the offense. And see the plan through.  No one likes losing. But when follow plan in its entirety know can gauge what works and what don't.

The next coach will have limited time not forever like gus.
