Caldwell

- Hired the worst coach in NFL history

- Picked 8 players in the 2013 draft and every single one was a bust.

- Has had 4 years to fix the OLine and hasn't done it

- Gave big money to Thomas, he hasn't performed and is soft.

-2015 draft is not looking good

If Caldwell and Gus have to go together then so be it.

Might have been me before the Titans fiasco... but it wasn't me.

Had to think about this a few days....on khan and caldwell anyway.

Khan's style is to hire what appears the best people and not interfere. He was pretty much duped. He bought into this year was going to be better and was blindsided when it actually got worse. Give him a chance.....there's a lot of moving parts here. I bet he doesn't get fooled again.

Caldwell - voted no - well, he might get to keep his job but, if Khan can find a better GM, DC is gone.if he is around I bet khan will reign in his FA stuff and question picks more.

Bradley - voted NO - now that the shock of the last two losses is past, I bet Khan is already working up a short list of potential HC candidates. the picture on TV of Khan in his box at Nashville with his arms crossed and his usual smile totally absent......spoke volumes. No question gus is gone.

1. Yes - I'm not separating the revenue he's brought in like the OP wants me to. It makes no sense. This is a business, so making money matters. He has managed to grow the fan base and fring in more revenue while we suck. Imagine what he can do if we ever start winning.

2. Yes - I think this team is loaded with young talent. That means he has done his job.

3. No - One if the worst coaches in NFL history. After watching his most recent press conference, I think he is completely out of touch with this team.
