I’m 95% positive he doesn’t make the squad. He needs to have a monster camp and preseason to stand a chance. He won’t make it on PR ability alone with Westbrook, Mickens, and Lee offering ability there. He has to make it as a wide out, which unfortunately hasn’t been something he can hang his hat on as of late.

I think if he makes the team it will be based solely on his PR value, as I don’t see any way he cracks the WR rotation. 

Based on that assumption, I’d say he’s out.
