It's rare a prospect is going to come out of college and be a stud from day 1 and not need any coaching.  Even Nelson is going to need to work on some stuff.  Hernandez has a lot of natural talent for the position though and that's why you draft off traits and not necessarily who is going to be ready sooner.  I'll take Hernandez all day with our first round pick.
