Caldwell's first round picks have been predictable...this year will be no exception.

I don't think that's how it works.   I think what they actually do and will do is try to agree on a plan and how they rank the players and then do lots of mock drafts and just generally prepare and come up with a plan and execute it.   They don't say, "Okay, you make the next pick."   It's a committee with Coughlin having the final say if he wants it, but I by draft day, there won't be any disagreement.   They will have prepared.

No disagreement?  I'm not so sure about that.

Good preparation means doing everything possible to prevent a disagreement while the team is on the clock.  Believe me, they will be prepared for everything.  They're not going to be arguing over a pick during the draft.  That's crazy.

I see where you said by draft day and that's probably true because they will have their board set.  But I'm sure there will be some disagreement when setting the board, which Tom will have final say.  There is no way all 3 have the same feelings and same board about every player
