If Ramsey were to post, "[BLEEP] the Jaguars, I hate this team and I want out of this piece of [BLEEP] hick town right now," yeah, that's something to be addressed. But removing references to the Jaguars from his profile? Again, I have zero references to my employer on anything of mine. Should I post those pictures and company name...or else?

He has every right to remove whatever pictures he likes.  Now, remember this is the guy who said he did not want his trade getting out because he did not want to affect the players before the game. Well, his actions speak louder than words.  He could not wait until after Thursday to edit his social media? We know it's all about you Jalen and stop acting like you are concerned about how this affects your teammates.  You are so wrapped up in yourself you can't even wait two days so there is no distraction before the game to clear the pictures.

The team must honor the contract and can not drop the player unless they provide that player all sums of money left on the contract years remaining and the player at that point becomes a free agent. All rookie contracts must be no longer the three years to prevent locking a player up long term who outplays his contract with regard to monetary compensation. A little hint for you, they don't want that to happen. They can already do that now, players want the huge deals and signing bonuses. They aren't getting huge paper money contracts that are really only 2-3 years.
