Alfie wrote an article over on BCC that I agree with. He states that the Khan will hold on to Gus for the remainder of the season regardless because bringing in a different HC at this point would be even more disrupting.

Why are some so short sighted?  He's a horrendous coach.  He will never lead this team to a Super Bowl.  He needs to be gone.

I don't think anyone is saying Gus is good.  This win just bought him the rest of the year.  This team has 3 more very winnable games coming up.  It's in their hands

I really don`t think anyone here thinks he should stay at this point, I just think people are coming to terms with the fact that sadly nothing will happen until the end of the season.

 

The positive to this is I feel like it sends a good message to the rest of the coaches in the league that Khan won`t make knee jerk reactions.

The Colts have one of the worst rosters in the league.  Building up that kind of lead, we should have wiped the floor with them.
