That was actually as good a job as any OG could do at that point.  Minshew is scrambling around the pocket.  Norwell can't have any idea where Von Miller is going to go.  Offensive guards aren't that maneuverable.  All Norwell could do is try to get in the way, which he did.  I think it's very unfair to blame Norwell for "whiffing" at that point.
