If we do have the number one overall pick we should trade out of it and stockpile. Good chance the new coach and coaching staff that come in next will ride with Bortles in 2017 and maybe invest in a QB in say the 3RD or 4TH RD. Take a chance on Chad Kelly out of Ole' Miss.
