We picked Leftwich over Suggs. In fact, if Minnesota hadn't screwed up their pick they would have picked Leftwich and Suggs would have been the next guy on the Jaguars board. 

 

Haha hadn't thought of that in a long, long time.  I remember falling out of my chair laughing when the Vikings totally missed their pick. The funniest result was during contract negotiations the players agent was arguing that they "would have picked him higher" while Minnesota said "but we didn't!" over the total contract money. Resulting in a long holdout over the rookie contract.

I can tell you what, as far as the first play on defense I could see Steve Smith Sr. trying to blow up the Ramsey and Ramsey retaliates and gets hit with a 15 yarder. Smith Sr. smiles and says I got you rook. I feel like they are going to be talking back and forth all game. Certainly will be fun to watch.
