Gus Era - 2nd Win of Each Season
|
Quote:Not to a nerd, but if you average out the 3 seasons then you should start expecting the second win beginning in week 9... Week 10. 2-9 (Week 11), 2-10 (week 12) 2-5 (week 7), 11+12+7 = 30/3 = 10. Bye week in week 4 pushes us to Week 11. Not to out-nerd you.

Quote:Not to a nerd, but if you average out the 3 seasons then you should start expecting the second win beginning in week 9... Only seven losses. It's a good thing the bye comes early this year. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?"
My post excluded Bye weeks and focused on the Game #
Thus, when I said Game # 11 that really would have been the NFL Week #12 but I didn't want to make Gus look bad by doing that --
Quote:The below dates represents the Jags 2nd win of each season during the Gus Bradley Era Conversely, the Cleveland Browns (the joke of all jokes) compiled the following 2nd wins of each season ... 2013 - September 24 - Game #4 2014 - October 5 - Game #4 2015 - October 11 - Game #5 We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:Conversely, the Cleveland Browns (the joke of all jokes) compiled the following 2nd wins of each season ... We are a worse franchise than the Browns. We are the worst. 32nd. It doesn't get any lower than our Jacksonville Jaguars. Worst team. Worst uniforms. Worst coach.

It's just so disheartening to be out of the playoff hunt and googling mock drafts by October of each season. I'm not saying we are there yet with regard to the 2016 season but this has been painful. Quote:So all we would need is a 60 game season to win 10 games? I'd still take the under with Gus as HC.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

He just told Lageman we're committed to the run. He says we have the backs and line to be a run first team. Jim Brown couldn't get yards behind this line. Gus just doesn't get it. This will be his first and last HC job.
Seems like a lot of "If we do things exactly this way, and not change a thing about it, then we will do good."
A great coach is one who can take what they got, and make something out of it. For example, Blake in the vertical offense last year, good. Blake in this BOATLOADOFNEVERENDINGBUBBLESCREENS=bad. I said it before, if Gus didn't show up ready to take the team to at least be playoff talks till the end, then I was off the bus.

This will be his first and last HC job. Lolz. We ARE a run first team. 1st down, run for 1 yard. 2nd down run for 1 yard. 3rd down check down for 5 yards. 4 down punt. Interesting thread Hurricane. I don't see it as click bait at all. It's like the Jaguars are so thrilled with their first win, they relax a little and stop game planning as much? This is again a coaching issue. |
