Isn't that already basically what a passport is?  You already need one to cross borders and you go through customs and they take all of your information.  This already exist, no?

I can say without a doubt that nobody except my physician is going to know whether I have a vaccine or not.  Medical history is nobody's business but my doctor's.  The idea of a "vaccine passport" is absurd.

Actually no.  I got it on the Naval base where I work and "didn't have to pay" for it.  Of course, since I actually pay taxes I did "pay for it", just not in cash.
