I abstained from LaBarga and yes to the others, just because Mikey is the biggest dupe of them all. Whatever cheatsheet or article he was using to arrive at that conclusion was probably written by a progressive.

There was a circular on reddit from progressives taking the same stance.  They said that all of them but LaBarga had had too many prior associations with conservative legal advocacy groups.   I had already read some decisions and formed my opinion before seeing that, but I forgive you for wanting to be opposite from them. But to vote opposite me just out of spite, man, not good.  Be better.

All judges are lawyers/advocates before they become judges.  They're expected to put aside their personal convictions as they decide cases, but they're not expected to have zero controversial personal convictions.  No one would be able to be a judge if that was the case.

You love to say be better, but all of your political "instincts" are wrong. Somehow, you managed to be the opposite of Trump in the worst way possible. I did my research, btw. I just knew when I read your post that you were suckered into another bad decision based on the exploitation of your "moral" values. Stop letting people manipulate you so easily. These same people wouldn't give two [BLEEP] if the same thing happened in reverse. But, yeah... I get it... you're principled, lol.

I wasn't suckered into anything. 
I read the cases for myself.  The submission of the plaintiff, and the submission of the defendant, and the judge's decision.  I mean I agree that common cause FL wouldn't care if it was the other way around, but maybe LWV would.  In any case I read the stuff from both sides, and the constitution, and the judges, and decided.  These cases go back decades and the political parties have been on different sides of them depending on which state and what year it is.
